To identify ‘high-fit’ candidates, we combine existing AI models—which leverage candidate profile and resume data—with a model trained on millions of past hiring decisions, to predict a candidate’s likelihood of being shortlisted for any given job ad.
High-fit candidates are three times more likely to be shortlisted than candidates who are not¹.
New ways to reach relevant candidates
Driving more than half of applications on SEEK¹, recommendations are a critical channel to connect your jobs with the most relevant candidates.
Advanced and Premium ads will now be promoted in a new placement on similar ads, helping you reach candidates when they are most active and engaged.
Exclusivity is maintained for Premium Ads, with similar roles not promoted on these ads, helping you capture and keep candidate attention for competitive roles.
Premium ads will also be sent as an exclusive recommendation to high-fit candidates on your behalf, based on SEEK data. Candidates are three times more likely to open these exclusive recommendations than standard job alerts, helping increase engagement with your highest priority jobs¹.
More choice to make better decisions
The new Advanced Ad provides a new option to reach more of the right candidates through greater search visibility and recommendations compared to our Basic Ad.
