How can businesses retain their employees if they can’t offer a pay increase?
We asked Australian employees what other benefits would encourage them to stay with an organisation if more money was not an option.

 | Extra Annual Leave Extra annual leave appealed to nearly a third of Australian employees (30%). In addition to extra annual leave, 10% of Australians would like an extra day off for their birthday each year and 25% would like a monthly RDO. |
 | Flexible Working Arrangements Flexible working arrangements is one of the top non-financial benefits (28%) that appeals to Australians. Reduced working hours also appeal to almost a third (27%) of workers. |
 | Company Car 17% of Australians would value the option of a company car as a non-financial benefit. |
