About the role   

Studio Trifecta is expanding our dynamic team in Coogee Beach, NSW. There are currently hours available for two full-time roles. Reporting the Studio Manager, the duties involved in this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning consultations for approx 20 to 30 clients

  • Managing time effectively to provide exercise template/regime/program

  • Provide tailored sessions to clients

  • Meeting and exceeding client goals/expectations

  • Following up on client progress to ensure goals are met

Experience and qualifications    

  • Cert III and IV in Fitness (or higher)

  • Current first-aid and CPR certificate

  • Public liability and professional indemnity insurances

  • Shown expertise in exercise techniques, designing programs, and communicating with clients through practical assessments or evaluations

  • Demonstrated capability to attract and keep clients, generate referrals, and help the training business grow through sales performance and revenue generation.
