About the role 

Trinity Early Childhood Learning Centre are on the lookout for Early Childhood Educators to join our supportive and compassionate team on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to Cathy Fulton the duties and responsibilities include:   

  • Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment   

  • Collaborate with a team of 10 to ensure the best outcomes for children and families   

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the daily care routines and programmes for individual children and/or groups  

  • Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their caregivers.

Skills and experience 

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (Lead Educators) or Certificate III of Early Childhood Education and Care (Educators)   

  • Proven understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, Early Years Developmental Milestones   

  • Current approved first aid/CPR certificate First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training   

  • Working with Children check   

  • A passion for teaching, professional development, and collaboration   

  • Experience in planning, programming, and observing children’s developmental growth.
