About the role 

Little Italy Restaurant is a modern bistro specialising in Italian artisan cuisine, open for lunch and dinner focused on using high-quality produce. We are looking for a Lunch Chef to join our professional staff of 8 and grow within the role! Reporting to Franco Delucia your duties and responsibilities will include:   

• Design the seasonal lunch menu 

• Train and supervise over 8 staff 

• Daytime shifts only, finishing at 4pm 

• Produce innovative and delicious lunch food experiences.

Skills and experience 

• Prior experience as a Chef in a comparable restaurant   

• Proven experience leading kitchen staff of 8  

• Knowledge in specialty coffee, Italian food and wine is highly regarded 

• Passion for Italian food!
