A thought leader in the HR consulting space, Megan Bidencope is the National Director of HR consulting at Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment and HR services providers.
With over 20 years' consulting experience, Megan is a specialist in the areas of strategy development, executive coaching, leadership development, organisational change and communication. She is effective in using her understanding of people, teams and organisations to accelerate the performance of the organisations she works with and the individuals she coaches. Megan’s insightful and flexible style has enabled her to successfully work with people from all leadership levels across a variety of industries. She has the ability to grasp key complex concepts quickly and translate them into meaningful messages tailored for her audiences. She has worked in a range of complex business environments, in both the private and public sectors, and has been involved in the development and delivery of global assignments, including working with clients in Asia, Europe, the USA and New Zealand. Prior to joining Randstad, Megan had held senior management team roles in The Empower Group and Right Management, in which she had accountabilities across Australia and New Zealand, followed by establishing her own consulting practice in 2008. Megan is experienced at operating at the board level, as well as being able to provide insights on what board’s value and need. This has been strengthened through completion of a Company Directors Diploma, in addition to having been on the Board of Management of Link In Association, a not-for-profit community organisation. Megan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, a Masters in Applied Science and the Company Directors Diploma. She is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, and is also accredited in a range of psychometric assessments, including MBTI and Human Synergistics’ LSI and GSI.
